Designer Partner Program - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Designer Partner Program ("Program"). By subscribing, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"). This agreement sets forth the obligations and rights between you ("Member") and Heliconia ("Company").

2. Program Overview

The Designer Partner Program provides members with interior design consultations, styling support, and access to exclusive resources on a monthly subscription basis. Services are structured across three tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum, each offering varying levels of support.

3. Membership & Packages

3.1 Package Tiers

Members can choose from the following packages:

  • Silver Package: 2 consultation hours per month

  • Gold Package: 4 consultation hours per month

  • Platinum Package: 8 consultation hours per month

Each package includes:

  • Monthly consultation hours (remote or in-person for Sydney-based clients)

  • Access to the Private Members-Only Design Resource Library

  • Exclusive discounts on additional services and products

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Billing & Payment

  • All memberships are billed monthly via Direct Debit 

  • Payments will be automatically processed on the same date each month.

  • By subscribing, you authorise Heliconia to charge your nominated payment method for recurring fees.

4.2 Subscription Terms

  • Minimum Term: 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the chosen package.

  • After the minimum term, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled with 14 days’ notice before the renewal date.

4.3 No Refunds Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for unused consultation hours.

  • If a member cancels mid-term, the full term fee remains payable.

5. Hour Accrual & Usage Policy

5.1 Consultation Hours

  • Hours must be used within the subscription period.

  • Unused hours may be accrued to the following months on request but expire at the end of the contracted term.

  • Additional hours may be purchased at $330 per hour including GST.

5.2 Travel Time Policy (For in-person consultations)

  • Travel time counts toward the total consultation hours.

  • If travel exceeds 30 km from the Heliconia studio, additional travel charges may apply.

6. Cancellation & Modifications

6.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Members must provide 14 days' written notice before the renewal date to cancel.

  • Cancellations before the term ends are not eligible for refunds.

6.2 Plan Upgrades & Changes

  • Members may upgrade their plan mid-term; new pricing may apply from the next billing cycle.

  • Downgrades require completion of the current subscription term.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Heliconia provides advisory services only; final design decisions and implementation are the responsibility of the Member.

  • Heliconia is not liable for third-party delays, supplier issues, or contractor work quality.

  • The Member acknowledges that any design plans prepared by Heliconia are indicative only and not architectural.

  • Any products or fit-out recommended by Heliconia must be approved by the Member prior to purchase and installation, and the Member assumes full responsibility for their selection and use.

  • Heliconia does not provide warranties, express or implied, on any products, materials, or services. Product warranties may be provided by manufacturers.

  • If a non-excludable warranty is implied by law, Heliconia’s liability for any breach is limited to reimbursement of its fees only.

  • Heliconia is not responsible for consequential loss, indirect damages, or financial losses arising from recommendations, supplier failures, or project delays.

  • This Agreement, along with its Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The Member acknowledges that they have not entered into this agreement based on any representation or warranty not expressly stated within it.

  • Discounts and partner offers are subject to availability and may change without notice.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information is collected solely for program administration.

  • Payment details are securely processed via Stripe; Heliconia does not store credit card details.

  • Data is not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Agreement to Terms
