DECISION MAKING
If you haven’t already, we can help you develop a team of building designers or architects, builders and engineers to provide you with all the necessary documentation for your submissions and the professionals to execute the project.
TEAM FORMING
We spend a lot of time deep-diving into the atmosphere and aesthetic that is right for you and your home, and your functional needs within it. We then visually communicate this with a design rationale and Mood Board, that ensures the whole project team is on the same page.
DESIGN DIRECTION
We provide highly detailed design drawings including layouts and elevations for your builder to work from. We then collate the materials, products, colours and finishes to bring the design to life.
PLANS
Once your designs are finalised, we specify and order your PC items ensuring they’re on site and ready to go for your construction team.
